Just follow these easy steps once you are ready to redeem your Cashback Bonus
- Log into the Discover Account Center
- Click on the Cashback Bonus tab and then select "get it"
- You'll see how much Cashback Bonus you have available to redeem on the Cashback Bonus home page
- View your options for redeeming Cashback Bonus, including:
- Brand-name merchandise with free shipping
- Partner gift cards that can be personalized online
- Charity donation
- Cash, as a credit to your Discover card account or direct deposit to your bank account
- Select an option and add it to your order
- Once you have made all your selections, view, confirm and submit your order
- You can view your redemption at a later time by going to Redemption History
Are there limitations on the amount of Cashback Bonus that I need in order to redeem?
Yes, the amount of Cashback Bonus needed to redeem varies by option:
- Brand-name merchandise with free shipping – start redeeming with just $1 Cashback Bonus (in increments of $1) using split pay
- Partner gift cards add $5 or more – options start at $20 Cashback Bonus
- Discover gift cards that can be personalized online – options start at $20 Cashback Bonus
- Charity donation – options start at $20
- Cash, as a credit to your Discover card account or direct deposit to your bank account – redeem starting at $50, in increments of $50.

What is split pay (available for merchandise only)?
Split pay allows you to use Cashback Bonus for a portion of the cost and charge the remaining balance to your Discover or Diners Club card.
Cardmembers can also purchase merchandise with Cashback Bonus or by using their Discover card or Diners Club card to pay in full (on select merchandise).
Can I have Partner gift cards mailed to an address other than my billing address?
No, Partner gift cards can only be mailed to your billing address.
Can I have merchandise mailed to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, Merchandise can ship to any U.S. street address unless otherwise specified under each product's Delivery Restrictions. APO/FPO/PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Do I have to redeem all of my Cashback Bonus at one time?
No, you can redeem some or all of your Cashback Bonus in full dollar amounts.
How long will it take to receive my reward after I submit my order?
The time it takes to get your reward varies based on what you redeem for:
- Gift cards will be mailed to your billing address within 10 business days
- Merchandise will ship within 2-4 weeks. However, please allow up to 6 weeks
- Electronic deposits will appear in your bank account within 72 hours
- Account credits will post to your account within 72 hours
Will my order be saved to my shopping cart if I leave the Web site without submitting it?
No, your shopping cart empties if you leave Discover.com or the Merchandise Center without submitting your Cashback Bonus order.

eCertificates are a way to get rewards faster instead of waiting to receive a Partner gift card by mail. eCertificates are available immediately upon completing your order and you can go shopping instantly with the Partner.

What are the terms and conditions for merchandise?
Return Policy – We want you to be satisfied with your redemption. If you are not satisfied, returns will be accepted within 30 days (15 days for notebook and hand-held computers) if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item is in new condition and in its original packaging
- All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, and manuals are returned

- Merchandise can only ship to a street address within the 48 contiguous United States. APO/FPO/PO Box addresses are not accepted.
- Most orders will ship within 2-4 weeks from date of redemption, but please allow up to 6 weeks.
