What should I do if my Discover Card is lost or stolen?
Call us immediately at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to report the card's loss or theft. We will close your account and reissue you a new account number and card(s). If your lost/stolen Discover Card is registered at the Account Center, you'll need to re-register when your new card arrives in the mail.
If you use our Auto Bill Pay online service, we will contact your biller directly to inform them of your new account number and expiration date.
If you have set up automatic payments directly with billers outside of the Auto Bill Pay service, you will need to contact them with your new account number and expiration date.
What if I have questions about my interest rate?
When your purchase is conducted in a foreign currency, there will be a two-line description of the card transaction on your statement:To discuss your interest rate, call us toll free at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683).
How can I find out the status of my Discover Card application?
It can take up to 30 days to process an application. If 30 days has passed since you applied, please click here or call us toll free at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to find out the status of your application.
Why do I need to activate my new Discover Card?
The activation process is a security measure. When you call us to activate your card, we will ask you to provide your personal information. This is how we ensure that you, not others, are using your credit card. To make the activation process as quick as possible, please call us from your home phone. For security purposes, if you receive multiple card packages in the mail, you will need to activate each one separately.
My Discover Platinum Card has been renamed the Discover More Card. Have any of the benefits I currently enjoy changed?
No, your benefits have not changed. Your platinum card was renamed to better reflect the great benefits you currently enjoy.

It was designed to help you easily find your Discover Card in your wallet. More than a color, the orange "core" is a visual reminder of Cashback Bonus and our commitment to helping you make your money go further and to providing the standard of service you deserve.
How do I access my Sam's Club Discover Card account?
You can pay you Sam's Club Discover Card via the Sam's Club website. You can also also contact Sam's customer service at 1-866-220-0254.
How can I view my account information, including my full account number?
We do not show your full Discover Card account number online for security reasons. If you are looking to access another Discover Card, please login using the User ID and Password for that account. You may use your account number in the User ID field when logging in. If you need to register your card for Account Center access, please click here.
